Amazing value and location

Location was amazing! Close to the beach and center. Also super clean and nice style. We got a room upgrade and were so happy with the room and everything really. Perfect place to explore Holbox. Staff was super!

Beautiful hotel with some asterisks.

The rooms were really beautifully decorated.

The WiFi didn't exist in our rooms. For such a price, I would expect at least to have a slow internet connection. Also breakfast could be better.

Highly, highly recommend! Beautiful people, beautiful property. Amazing service !

There was so much to love about this property and my stay at Tierra Mia ! The staff were absolutely lovely, so accomodating, and I could tell they really valued their patrons. The grounds were spotless at all times. I particularly loved the little water buckets to clean your feet in, because trust me, your feet are always sandy ! The breakfast was so fresh, and so delicious ! I found it to be the perfect portion size ! It was such a beautiful and quiet area, adjacent to the beach and overall just peaceful !

I would have liked to have been able to have breakfast by the pool, but that’s not a deal breaker at all !

Location

Access to the hotel, after the heavy rain, was problematic and dangerous. Path oles full of dirty white water everywhere due to negligence of the locals, private owners and authorities. Little consideration for tourists.

Very nice stay, lovely rooms and great pool area.

Good customer service, lovely premises, very comfortable and clean rooms. The pool area is great, the perfect complement to a trip to the beach, which is only 2 minutes away. The breakfast menu has lots of options and its served to you restaurant-style.

The breakfast portions could have been a bit more generous, for example, more bread (and of better quality) with the eggs, or more fruit with the pancakes. There is also the choice between fruit juice or fruit salad, it would be nice if it were both. Wifi was not very good outside the ground floor area. It would be great if the pool area could have something against mosquitos.

Loved Tierra Mia Boutique Hotel, great value, great location and great staff

Cute boutique hotel, would definitely stay here again!! location is great, just far enough from town to be quieter, still close enough to go out for dinner or shopping, without it being a hassle. Its also close to the nicer beach areas we prefer near the sand bar Breakfast was good, eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit, yogurt and juices among other choices each day Luis at reception was very helpful, he was a great source of information, remembers every guest’s name, and was working on his 4th language I believe, he was a delight!

really need a small fridge in rooms, and better coffee ( I think it was instant) otherwise loved the property

Loved our stay at Tierra Mia, clean and nice rooms, beautiful hotel and very kind staff, perfect location (very close to the beach and short walk to the centre for restaurants)

It was great to have breakfast included, which was very tasty, however we found the portions a bit small

The place is nice with very kind STUFF. Perfect breakfast!

We stayed in a room on the ground floor next to the reception, there was a bit of damp and musty smell. There is no much sunshine in the area of the hotel.
